I stayed at the apartment with my girlfriend &her parents. We were welcomed very nice and instructed to the building and the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, with 2 BR, 2 Bathrooms, with amazing bathtubs. The whole apartment is very modern and has everything you can imagine, from Wifi, to hairdryer, fresh towels, kitchen appliances etc. There is nothing that is not provided. The view from the balcony is spectacular and overlooks SoBe. The location of the Flamingo is amazing, as you can walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We had an excellent stay and we will definitly come back.

Family Reunion in South Beach
My family and I stayed at the Flamingo South Beach for three nights. The apartment was reasonably priced, beautifully furnished, and we all felt very at home (the closest even had extra linens and blankets). The 2BR/2BATH apartment was able to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us (ages 16-60). Moreover, everyone was thoroughly impressed with the high quality accommodations and the amenities the Flamingo South Beach had to offer. The apartment’s location was magnificent, only blocks from Lincoln Road and less than a mile from the beach. I highly recommend anyone visiting South Beach to stay here. Lastly, both Dan and Eva were very hospitable and professional. Our family plans to stay here every time we visit South Beach. Thanks again for the lovely accommodations!

Yes. It is very good.
Three of my friends, myself, and my 2,5 year-old-son stayed for a week and could not have been happier with the place. It is spacious, beautiful, well-kept, and conveniently located within walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shopping. The beach is just a bit further yet not far; one can walk, cab or bus there - or alternatively hang at the beautiful poolside overlooking the harbor. Also, all the arrangements regarding rent, security deposits and the like were handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy by both Dan and Eva. If we get a chance to visit Miami Beach again (and now we are certainly all the more inclined to), this is where we'll be staying.

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. We were very impressed by the fact that it was right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping areas. Dan, the owner, is a really nice guy and we will definitely stay with them again. Overall, awesome experience.

So Convenient
We stayed in the two bedroom condo during Super Bowl weekend and it was great! Perfect location, off the South Beach Strip, but still a close enough walk or quick $4 cab ride. This location was perfect because it kept us in the midst of everything except the traffic that was on Ocean, Washington and Collins. Shopping and restaurants all in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Flamingo is absolutely gorgeous and the unit we stayed in was beyond our expectations! Great views, huge balcony.
the resort is conveniently located, close to shops and 2 blocks from Lincoln Road...

Highly Recommended Place to stay on Miami Beach
We had a great time over Spring Break. Our family (parents and a 10 year old) stayed at a 1 BR unit and it was ever so much nicer (and probably more economical) than staying in a hotel. The location is very convenient and has a beautiful bay view. It is a several block walk to the beach but we enjoyed the exercise. It is entirely possible to rent this unit and not even use a car if you plan to spend your time on the beach. It is conveniently located to markets and grocery stores, the beach, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended!

100% Satisfaction
I just returned from a vacation at the Flamingo and all I can say is that it completely exceeded all expectations. Prior to booking arrangements, I spent about 2-3 weeks looking at different options for places to stay and the Flamingo looked really good. My first impression when I saw the pictures was that it looked very nice, however, having traveled a bit I've learned that sometimes you have to take pictures with a grain of salt.

The minute I walked into the 10th floor unit my first reaction was that the pictures didn't do the place justice. The space and decoration of the place was AMAZING! The unit was extremely clean and looked brand new. Everything that you could possible need was provided even down to laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep after enduring the wonderful Miami scene. It truly is a home away from home.
I can absolutely without a doubt recommend the Flamingo to anyone who may be interested. If you are worried whether it's as good as it looks.....IT'S BETTER! -
Flamingo South Beach
We stayed in Flamingo for 10 days.We were 7, so we had 2 units over there.Units were perfect for us.Location is even more perfect, close to Lincoln Road(2 blocks) and cloe to beach.We really enjoyed our stay in Flamingo and would go back any time.
